摘 要:电机内罩壳塑件属于典型的深腔壳体结构,其结构中存在的复杂斜向扣位特征,使得模具设计具有一定的难度。以某电机内罩壳为例,通过分析该塑料制品的结构,确定了其注塑模具结构的设计方案。利用数值模拟软件Moldflow分析浇口位置,结合模具加工和装配的实际情况将初始进胶方案修改为牛角进胶,新进胶方案保证了模腔的均匀填充。采用油缸抽芯与斜导柱抽芯相结合的形式,解决了复杂扣位大角度斜向抽芯问题。冷却系统采用模仁冷却和滑块冷却相结合的形式,使得冷却效果得到大幅提高。经过实际生产验证表明:该模具结构合理,工作稳定,可实现自动操作,塑件成型质量较好,满足了生产要求。The plastic part of the inner shell of the motor is a typical deep cavity shell structure. The complex oblique buckle characteristics in the structure make the mold design difficult. Taking the inner cover of a motor as an example,through the structural analysis of the plastic product, the design scheme of the injection mold structure was determined.The numerical simulation software Moldflow was used to analyze the gate position. Combined with the actual situation of mold processing and assembly, the initial glue feeding scheme was modified to horn glue feeding. The new glue feeding scheme ensured the uniform filling of the mold cavity. The combination of oil cylinder core pulling and inclined guide pillar core pulling is adopted to solve the problem of large angle inclined core pulling with complex buckle position. The cooling system adopts the combination of mold cooling and slider cooling, which greatly improves the cooling effect. The actual production verification shows that the mold structure is reasonable, the work is stable, the automatic operation can be realized, the molding quality of the plastic parts is good, and the production requirements are met.
