摘 要:针对增强增韧改性PLA,综述了物理改性和化学接枝改性方法的研究进展,介绍了常用的增强增韧材料及其改性效果,探讨各类增强增韧方法的作用机理。研究表明:改性PLA对改性组分的强度、韧性及体系的相容性均有一定的要求。物理改性方法简单易行,但体系性能不稳定。化学接枝改性可从分子层面设计PLA结构,获得性能更稳定的复合材料。对于化学接枝法,未来研究可注重提高接枝率、减少化学接枝改性的加工程序等方面,制备兼顾材料的强度、韧性、相容性等因素的接枝物,增强增韧PLA。The research progress of physical modification and chemical grafting modification methods for strengthening and toughening PLA was reviewed. The commonly used strengthening and toughening materials and their modification effects were introduced, and the mechanism of various strengthening and toughening methods was discussed. The results show that the modified PLA has certain requirements for the strength, toughness and compatibility of the modified components. Physical modification method is simple and easy, but the system performance is unstable. Chemical grafting modification can design PLA structure at the molecular level to obtain more stable composites. For the chemical grafting method, future research can focus on improving the grafting rate, reducing the processing procedures of chemical grafting modification, and preparing a graft that takes into account the strength, toughness, compatibility and other factors of the material to strengthen and toughen PLA.
