摘  要:整机末端静刚度对插齿机的静、动特性和加工精度具有重要影响。从正向设计的角度出发,在提出结构件及包含转台在内的功能部件静刚度特性表征方法的基础上,通过分析结构件/功能部件在切削力作用下的变形,获得结构件/部件实际变形矩阵,依据插齿机拓扑结构,建立插齿机静刚度解析数学模型,解决了末端静刚度指标与结构件/功能部件刚度特征间的映射关系建模问题。同时,为验证所建立解析模型的有效性,建立了插齿机有限元模型,对比分析了解析模型与有限元计算结果。所建立的解析刚度模型为开展整机静刚度正向设计提供了理论基础。Static stiffness between work-piece and cutter significantly affects both static and dynamic characteristics,further machining accuracy of gear shaping machine.In view of top-down design,this work firstly presents method for describing static stiffness attribute of components of the machine,and the deformations of each component under cutting force is analyzed and the actual deformation matrix is obtained.Then,an analytical mathematical model of the stiffness is derived based on topology of the machine,which establishes the mapping relationship between stiffness index of whole machine and each component.Furthermore,to verify the effectiveness of the presented model,the finite element analysis of the machine is conducted and results from both methods are compared and discussed.The model presented provides an essential tool for further top-down design of gear shaping machine.
