摘 要:针对球头立铣刀的结构进行综合分析,建立球头立铣刀相关数学模型,确定球头立铣刀的周刃螺旋线、侧刃螺旋线和容屑槽,并基于UG的二次开发进行球头立铣刀的三维参数化建模,得到准确的球头立铣刀三维模型。在考虑机床误差的前提下,对原材料进行磨制与送检,发现经此方法设计的球头立铣刀前角、后角和螺旋角与设计值的偏差分别为15′36″,25′26″,8′12″,槽深和中心半径与设计值的偏差为0.007mm和0.004mm,角度偏差在0.5°之内,尺寸偏差控制在±0.01mm,该方法可有效提高刀具的外形精度。This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the tool body structure of the ball end mill.The relevant mathematical models of ball end mill are established,the peripheral edge helix,side edge helix and chip holding groove of ball end mill are determined,and the three-dimensional parametric modeling of ball end mill is carried out based on the secondary development of UG to obtain the accurate three-dimensional model of ball end mill.On the premise of considering the machine tool error,the raw materials are ground and submitted for inspection.It is found that the deviations of the front angle,rear angle and spiral angle of the ball end mill designed by this method from the design value are 15′36″,25′26″,8′12″,respectively,and the deviations of the groove depth and center radius from the design value are 0.007 and 0.004.The angular deviation is within 0.5°,the dimensional deviation is controlled within±0.01mm.This method can effectively improve the accuracy of cutting tools.
