摘　　要：小型回转类零件尺寸小、待检特征多样,通常只能采用手工检测,存在检测效率低、耗时长等问题。通过分析此类零件的检测需求和待测特征,采用二维影像测量的方式,研发了一款集自动上料、快速测量、结果判定及分拣功能于一体的全自动检测装置,可在实现多特征的同时进行高效测量。通过更换不同的上料机构,还可实现对同类零件的自动化检测。该装置已正式投入现场生产检测,使用效果良好,为小型回转类零件的批量自动化检测提供了技术保障。Small rotary parts are small in size and have various features to be inspected.Usually,only manual inspection can be used,which has problems such as low inspection efficiency and huge time consumption.By analyzing the inspection requirements and features to be tested for such parts,and adopting two-dimensional image measurement,a fully automatic inspection device that integrates automatic feeding,rapid measurement,result determination and sorting functions in one are developed,which can realize simultaneous and efficient measurement of multiple features.By replacing different feeding mechanisms,the automatic promotion of parts detection of the same category can also be realized.The device has been formally put into on-site production testing,with good results,providing a technical guarantee for the batch automated testing of small rotary parts.
