摘  要:乙酰辅酶A合成酶2(acetyl coenzyme A synthe⁃tase 2,ACSS2)是乙酰辅酶A合成酶家族的重要成员,由ACSS2基因转录而来。ACSS2具有脂肪合成酶和应激反应调节剂的双重性质[1]。ACSS2定位于细胞质和细胞核,定位于胞质的ACSS2主要参与肿瘤的发生发展,而定位于胞核的ACSS2在组蛋白乙酰化和组织特异性基因表达调控中发挥重要作用,以调控生物表观遗传。Acetyl coenzyme A synthetase 2(ACSS2),a well-studied member of the acyl coenzyme A short-chain synthetase family,catalyzes the conversion of acetate to acetyl coenzyme A.It plays critical roles in energy metabolism and various acetylation processes,providing acetyl groups for protein acetylation modification.In mammals,ACSS2 can be used as an epigenetic regulator to induce histone acetylation in the nucleus.It enhances transcription of early genes and consolidates hippocampal memory.It is involved in the process of memory consolidation by promoting the expression of autophagy genes.Meanwhile,the regulatory factors of ACSS2 also play an important role in hippocampal memory.Understanding the underlying mechanism of hippocampal memory consolidation may be beneficial to the treatment of specific memory cognitive dysfunction.This review focuses on the role of ACSS2 in memory and its regulatory mechanism,and summarizes the potential application of ACSS2-related drugs in the treatment of memory-related diseases.
