摘 要:试验旨在探讨松花粉对肉仔鸡免疫功能、肠道结构和生长性能的影响。选用1日龄肉仔鸡300只,分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。设KB组、YX组、SHF 1 g/kg组、SHF 2 g/kg组和SHF 4 g/kg组。KB组肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,YX组在基础日粮中添加0.2 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑,SHF 1 g/kg组、SHF 2 g/kg组和SHF4 g/kg组在基础日粮中分别添加1、2、4 g/L松花粉。试验期42 d。结果显示,与KB组相比,各松花粉添加组肉仔鸡血清鸡新城疫抗体滴度均极显著升高(P<0.01),外周血淋巴细胞的刺激指数及外周血中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的含量均极显著升高(P<0.01),胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、脾脏指数均极显著升高(P<0.01)。与KB组相比,各松花粉添加组肉仔鸡空肠小肠绒毛增长,隐窝加深。与KB组相比,YX组、SHF 1 g/kg组和SHF 2 g/kg组末重、平均日增重均极显著升高(P<0.01),料重比均极显著降低(P<0.01);SHF 4 g/kg组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),SHF 2 g/kg组平均日采食量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,松花粉能够提高肉仔鸡的免疫功能,改善肠道结构,提高生长性能,以SHF 2 g/kg组效果最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of pine pollen on immune function, intestinal structure and growth performance of broilers. A total of 300 one-day-old broilers were divided into five groups with three replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate. The test set KB group, YX group, SHF 1 g/kg group, SHF 2 g/kg group and SHF 4 g/kg group. Piglets in KB group were fed a basal diet, while those in YX group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride, and those in SHF group 1 g/kg, SHF group 2 g/kg and SHF group 4 g/kg were fed a basal diet supplemented with 1, 2 and 4 g/L pine pollen, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that compared with KB group, serum antibody titers of Newcastle disease were extremely increased(P<0.01), peripheral blood lymphocyte stimulation index and peripheral blood IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 contents were extremely increased in all pine pollen supplemental groups(P<0.01). Thymus index, bursa of Fabricius index and spleen index were extremely increased(P<0.01). Compared with KB group, the villus of jejunum and crypt of broilers in each pine pollen supplemental group increased. Compared with KB group, the final weight and average daily gain of YX group, SHF 1 g/kg group and SHF 2 g/kg group were extremely increased(P<0.01), while the feed to gain ratio was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The feed to gain ratio in SHF 4 g/kg group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake in SHF 2 g/kg group was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The study indicates that pine pollen could improve the immune function, intestinal structure and growth performance of broilers, and the best effect was found in SHF 2 g/kg group.
