中成药注射液治疗犬细小病毒继发肺炎的可行性分析

摘　　要：犬细小病毒病是由细小病毒所引起的一种烈性的传染病,是一种较常见的犬类传染病,以幼犬多发为主要特征。一出现呕吐、腹泻、咳嗽等症状的比熊幼犬,通过犬猫传染病荧光定量分析仪、血常规、血气电解质等进行诊断,确诊为细小病毒感染并发肺炎;采用中药注射液、中药饮片与西药结合治疗,患犬最终康复出院。文章记录该病例的诊断、治疗过程,以期为犬细小病毒病并发白细胞减少症和肺炎提供治疗思路。Canine parvovirus disease is a kind of severe infectious disease caused by parvovirus. It is a kind of common infectious disease in dogs. A Bichiba puppy with vomiting, diarrhea, cough and other symptoms was diagnosed with parvovirus infection complicated with pneumonia by canine and feline infectious disease fluorescence quantification analyzer, blood routine, blood gas and electrolyte. The dog was treated with Chinese medicine injection, Chinese medicine decoction pieces and Western medicine, and finally recovered and discharged from hospital. The article recorded the diagnosis and treatment of the case, in order to provide treatment ideas for canine parvovirus disease complicated with leukopenia and pneumonia.
