摘　　要：犬冠状病毒是一种引起犬不同程度胃肠道炎症的传染性病原,犬感染犬冠状病毒后主要出现呕吐、腹泻等临床症状,所有年龄犬中幼犬最易感染。近年来犬冠状病毒病的感染率居高不下,已成为影响宠物犬及试验犬集约化养殖的重要传染病之一。文章从犬冠状病毒的流行病学、致病机制、临床症状、诊断方法及防治措施等方面进行综述,以期为犬冠状病毒的防治及研究提供参考。Canine coronavirus is an infectious pathogen that causes gastrointestinal inflammation in canines to varying degrees. Canines infected with canine coronavirus mainly show clinical symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, and puppies of all ages are the most susceptible to infection. In recent years, the infection rate of canine coronavirus disease remains high, which has become one of the important infectious diseases affecting the intensive breeding of pet canines and experimental canines. The article reviews the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods and prevention measures of canine coronavirus, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of canine coronavirus.
