摘　　要：多克隆抗体因其制备成本低廉、制备过程简单等特点被广泛应用于日常实验室诊断及疾病的预防与治疗。文章主要从抗原的选择与表达、宿主动物的选择以及多克隆抗体的应用等方面进行综述,以期为制备多克隆抗体及相关研究提供参考。Polyclonal antibodies are widely used in daily laboratory diagnosis and disease prevention and treatment because of their low cost and simple preparation process. In the paper, the selection and expression of antigens, the selection of host animals and the application of polyclonal antibodies are reviewed in order to provide references for the preparation of polyclonal antibodies and related research.
