稻草栽培黑木耳培养基配方的研究

摘  要:研究采用稻草袋栽方法探讨不同稻草含量的配方对黑木耳生产性能的影响.设置4个配方,配方Ⅰ~Ⅳ分别添加稻草0、5%、10%、15%;木糠75%、70%、65%、60%;均添加棉籽壳5%、麦皮18%、石膏粉1%、糖1%.实验结果表明,配方Ⅰ~Ⅳ的生物学效率分别为75.64%、77.36%、80.96%、78.13%.配方Ⅲ的生物学效率最高为80.96%.配方Ⅲ的利润最大,平均净利润为10.97元/kg.配方Ⅲ主料配以10%稻草能提高黑木耳生产性能.In this study,the effects of different rice straw contents on the production performance of auricular-ia auricula were studied by straw bag planting method.Experiment set four formulas.From formula 1 to 4,0%,5%,10%,15%of the straws were added,and 75%,70%,65%and 60%of the wood chaff were added respective-ly.The cottonseed shells were 5%,the wheat flour was 18%,the gypsum was 1%1%.The results showed that the bioconversion rates of formula I~IV were 75.64%,77.36%,80.96%and 78.13%respectively.Formula 3 had the highest bioconversion rate of 80.96%,whose profit is the largest,the net profit per kilogram of dry material being 10.97 yuan.Formula 3 ingredients with 10%straw can improve the performance of auricularia auricula.
