摘  要:近年来,我国持续加大力度保障电力网络的安稳运营,智能配电系统逐渐广泛应用于电力行业、冶金行业、建筑行业等领域中。相较于其他行业,油气管道地面站场电气智能化发展较慢,电力扰动、电压暂降等一系列电能质量问题亟待解决。为此,将低压智能配电系统应用于北方某长输管道油气站场,以解决非线性大功率负载易对传统低压配电网络造成的一定干扰并引起三相不平衡、电压暂降等电能质量问题。该系统包括三相不平衡调节设备、可灵活平滑调控的SVG无功功率动态补偿装置、APF有源电力滤波器等相关仪表设备。现场应用结果表明,该系统能有效提高长输管道油气站场的电能质量,保障了长输管道油气站场供电质量的可靠性与稳定性。In recent years,China continues to strengthen efforts to ensure the safe and stable operation of power networks.Intelligent distribution systems have gradually been widely used in various fields such as power industry,metallurgy industry,construction industry and so on.Compared with other industries,the development of electrical intelligence of oil and gas pipeline stations is relatively slow,and a series of power quality problems such as power disturbance and voltage sag need to be solved urgently.In view of the nonlinear high-power load existing in the oil and gas station of long-distance pipeline,which is easy to cause certain pollution to the traditional low-voltage distribution network and cause three-phase imbalance,voltage sag and other series of power quality problems,the lowvoltage intelligent distribution system is applied to a long-distance pipeline oil and gas station in the north.The system includes three-phase unbalance adjustment equipment,SVG reactive power dynamic compensation device that can be flexibly and smoothly adjusted,APF active power filter and other relevant instruments and equipment.The field application results show that the system can effectively improve the power quality of long-distance pipeline oil and gas stations,and ensure the reliability and stability of the power supply quality of long-distance pipeline oil and gas stations.
