摘　　要：文章通过文献调研和现场调查的研究方法,回顾我国图书馆业务外包的发展历程,梳理图书馆业务外包的理论研究和政策支持。研究得出,当前我国图书馆的部分业务外包已全面展开,整体业务外包逐步增长,业务外包的质量控制和风险控制并重。同时,文章展望了我国图书馆业务外包的发展趋势:部分业务外包市场会继续扩大,外包强度将继续提升;整体业务外包快速发展,但仅限于中小型图书馆;外包程序日益规范化,外包监管日益完善;技术型承包商将主导图书馆业务外包市场;市场集中度不会太大,垄断的局面不会发生。Adopting literature investigation and field investigation methods,the article reviews the development course of library outsourcing in China,combs and summarizes the theoretical research and policy support of library outsourcing.The study shows that part of library outsourcing has been fully launched in China,the overall outsourcing business is gradually growing,and the quality and risk control of outsourcing are equal.At the same time,the article looks forward to the development trend of library outsourcing in China:part of outsourcing market will continue to expand;the outsourcing intensity will continue to increase;the overall outsourcing business will develop rapidly,but only limited to small and medium-sized libraries;the procedure is increasingly standardized and the supervision is increasingly perfect;technical contractors will dominate the market of library outsourcing;the market concentration will not be too large,and monopoly will not occur.
