摘　　要：文章通过内容分析法和访谈法,了解当前政府层面相关政策对“双减”背景下图书馆职能发挥的具体要求,并通过对馆员的访谈明确当前背景下图书馆的行动和困难。研究发现,政策层面强调发挥图书馆的空间作用,从阅读着手应对“双减”,图书馆实践层面则与之呼应,通过延长开放时间、提供阅读指导等方式配合学校教育,共筑联动体系,延伸和发挥教育职能。Through content analysis and interview method,on the one hand,the article understands the current government poli-cies on the specifie requirements of library function under the background of“double reduction”;on the other hand,the actions and dificulties of the library in the current background are clarified by interviewing librarians.The study finds that in policy lev-el,it emphasizes the spatial role of library to deal with“double reduction”starting from reading.In practical level,library e-choes it to support school education from extending opening time and providing reading guidance,so as to build a linkage system,extend and give play to the educational function.In the end,the article discusses the future“available”path of library under the background of“double reduction”through realistic comparison.
