摘 要:研究旨在确定新疆阿克苏地区某猪场仔猪发病死亡具体原因并分析其具体耐药情况。试验对该猪场病死仔猪脏器进行无菌采样及细菌分离培养,并对分离株进行形态学鉴定、生化鉴定及分析其部分生物学特性。结果显示:从病死仔猪心脏、肝脏、脾脏中分离出的1株细菌,在血平板上呈圆形、隆起、半透明、光滑且湿润、边缘比较整齐的菌落,且表现出明显的β溶血环,初步鉴定为链球菌。生化鉴定及测序结果表明,分离株为2型猪链球菌。药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株对头孢哌酮、头孢曲松钠、多西环素、氧氟沙星及环丙沙星表现为敏感,对青霉素、阿米卡星、新霉素表现为中介,对阿莫西林、复方新诺明、氨苄西林、磺胺甲硝唑、四环素、米诺环素和庆大霉素等药物表现为不同程度的耐药。研究表明,新疆阿克苏地区某猪场仔猪死亡原因为2型猪链球菌感染,且该菌株对头孢哌酮、头孢曲松钠等药物敏感,建议临床可将其应用于2型猪链球菌的防治。The purpose of the study was to determine the specific causes of disease and death of piglets in a pig farm in Aksu area of Xinjiang Province and to analyze the specific drug resistance. In the experiment, aseptic sampling and bacterial isolation culture were performed on the organs of sick and dead piglets in this farm, and morphological and biochemical identification and partial biological characteristics of the isolated strains were analyzed. The results showed that one strain of bacteria isolated from the heart, liver and spleen of dead piglets showed round, raised, translucent, smooth and moist colonies with neat edges on the blood plate, and showed obvious beta hemolytic ring, which was initially identified as Streptococcus. Biochemical identification and sequencing results showed that the isolated strain was Streptococcus suis type 2. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolates were sensitive to cefoperazone, ceftriaxone sodium, doxycycline, ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, intermediate to penicillin, amiacamycin and neomycin, and resistant to amoxicillin, cotrimoxazole, ampicillin, sulfametronidazole, tetracycline, minocycline and gentamicin to varying degrees. The study indicates that Streptococcus suis type 2 infection was the cause of death of piglets in a pig farm in Aksu, Xinjiang, and the strain was sensitive to cefoperazone, ceftriaxone sodium and other drugs. It is suggested that the strain can be used in the clinical treatment of Streptococcus suis type 2.
