摘 要:试验旨在研究肠杆菌肽对临床分离大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌作用特性。采用药敏纸片法、微量肉汤法测定肠杆菌肽对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌抑菌圈直径和最小抑菌浓度,通过微量棋盘法测定肠杆菌肽与硫酸粘杆菌素联合抑菌效果,并测定肠杆菌肽对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的生长抑制作用。结果显示,肠杆菌肽对鸡源大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度分别在4~8 mg/L和4~16 mg/L之间;抑菌圈直径在6.0~21.6 mm和6.0~22.5 mm之间。肠杆菌肽与硫酸粘杆菌素的联合抑菌指数(FIC)在1.0~1.5之间。研究表明,肠杆菌肽对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌具有良好的抑菌作用,与硫酸粘杆菌素无联合抑菌效应。The aim of the experiment was to study the bacteriostatic effect of enterobacitracin on clinical isolation of Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration of enterobacitracin on Escherichia coli and Salmonella were measured by drug sensitive disk method and microbroth method. The combined inhibitory effect of enterobacitracin and colistin sulfate was measured by microcheckerboard method, and the growth inhibitory effect of enterobacitracin on Escherichia coli and Salmonella was measured. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations of enterobacitracin against chicken Escherichia coli and Salmonella were 4~8 mg/L and 4~16 mg/L,respectively. The diameter of the antibacterial zone was 6.0~21.6 mm and 6.0~22.5 mm. The combined bacteriostasis index(FIC) of enterobactericin and mucobactericin sulfate was between 1.0~1.5. The results showed that enterobacitracin had a good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Salmonella, but had no combined bacteriostatic effect with colistin sulfate.
