摘　　要：研究旨在掌握新疆南疆某规模鹿场仔鹿发病死亡的细菌性病原,更好地采取防治措施。无菌采集死亡仔鹿的病变组织进行细菌分离培养、生化试验、CAMP试验及16S rRNA的PCR鉴定、药敏试验、动物致病性试验等。结果表明,分离获得两株分离株为β溶血性绵羊链球菌和肠球菌,经检测筛选出对绵羊链球菌、肠球菌均敏感的药物:哌拉西林、羧苄西林、氨苄西林及亚胺培南。研究表明,试验发病仔鹿存在β溶血性绵羊链球菌和肠球菌的混合感染的情况。The purpose of the study is to master the bacterial pathogens of the death of young deer in a certain scale deer farm in southern Xinjiang, and to take better control measures. The diseased tissues of dead deer were collected aseptically for bacterial isolation and culture, biochemical test, CAMP test, PCR identification of 16S rRNA, drug sensitivity test,animal pathogenicity test, etc. The results showed that two isolates were β For hemolytic Streptococcus ovine and Enterococcus, the drugs that are sensitive to Streptococcus ovine and Enterococcus were screened through detection:Piperacillin, carbicillin, ampicillin and imipenem. The study indicates that there is a disease in the experimental deer βmixed infection of hemolytic Streptococcus ovis and Enterococcus.
