摘 要:试验旨在探究Hoxc13基因与滩羊二毛期羊毛性状相关性,利用PCR和DNA测序方法进行Hoxc13基因多态性与滩羊二毛性状的关联研究。结果显示:Hoxc13基因在滩羊群体中存在3种基因型即CC型、CT型和TT型,群体中CC基因型频率17%,CT基因型频率为38%,TT基因型为45%,等位基因频率为C (64%)、G(36%)。通过Hoxc13基因与二毛性状关联分析可知,基因型CT个体毛长显著高于基因型CC、GG (P<0.05)。研究表明,Hoxc13基因可作为滩羊二毛性状分子标记辅助选育的关键基因,在育种工作中可选择Hoxc13基因CT基因型个体进行滩羊串子花品系选育。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the correlation between Hoxc13 gene and the second wool traits of Tan sheep. The association between Hoxc13 gene polymorphism and the second wool traits of Tan sheep was studied by PCR and DNA sequencing. The results showed that there were three genotypes of Hoxc13 gene in Tan sheep population,namely CC genotype, CT genotype and TT genotype. The frequency of CC genotype was 17%, CT genotype was 38%, TT genotype was 45%, and allele frequency was C(64%) and G(36%). According to the association analysis between Hoxc13gene and hirsute traits, the individual hirsute length of genotype CT was significantly higher than that of genotype CC and GG(P<0.05). The study indicates that Hoxc13 gene can be used as the key gene for molecular marker assisted selection of second wool traits of Tan sheep, and CT genotype individuals of Hoxc13 gene can be selected for selection of Chuanzihua strain of Tan sheep in breeding.
