摘　　要：破伤风又称锁口风、强直症,是一种经皮肤或黏膜侵入机体的破伤风梭菌(Clostridium tetani)产生的神经毒素引起的急性中毒性疾病。破伤风主要症状为持续性强直和阵发性肌肉痉挛等,还会引发一系列并发症,甚至导致死亡。文章介绍了一例猫外伤短期未愈合导致破伤风感染的病例,通过结合临床症状及实验室、神经学检查结果进行诊断,经对症治疗7 d,患猫症状消失。Tetanus, also known as lockjaw and ankylosis, is an acute toxic disease caused by neurotoxin produced by Clostridium tetani invading the body through the skin or mucous membrane. Tetanus can lead to persistent rigidity and paroxysmal muscle spasm, as well as a series of complications, even death. The article introduces a case of tetanus infection caused by short-term wound nonunion in cats, the diagnosis was made by combining the clinical symptoms and laboratory and neurological examination results. After symptomatic treatment for 7 d, the symptoms of the cat disappeared.
