摘 要:试验旨在研究西藏自治区日喀则市羊痘的免疫效果情况,于2020年10月和2021年4月在日喀则市5个县(区)的主要种羊场采集血清样本1 472份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对样品进行羊痘抗体检测,使用R软件对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果显示,日喀则市羊痘总体阳性率为28.53%(420/1 472)。山羊阳性率为54.15%,绵羊阳性率为24.39%。2岁或2岁以下的阳性率为21.21%,3~6岁阳性率为33.09%,6岁或6岁以上的阳性率为28.14%。母羊阳性率为29.53%,公羊的阳性率为27.55%。研究表明,日喀则市羊痘免疫抗体阳性率为较低,感染风险较高。山羊的免疫效果优于绵羊,3~6岁的种羊免疫效果优于其他年龄的羊。The purpose of the experiment was to study the immune effect of Capripox in Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region. A total of 1 472 serum samples were collected from the main breeding sheep farms in five counties(districts) of Shigatse City in October 2020 and April 2021. The samples were examined for Capripox resistance by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the results were statistically analyzed by R software. The results showed that the overall positive rate of Capripox in Shigatse City was 28.53%(420/1 472). The positive rate of goat was 54.15%, and that of sheep was 24.39%. The positive rate was 21.21% for those aged 2 years or below, 33.09% for those aged 3~6 years, and 28.14% for those aged 6 years or above. The positive rate of ewes and rams was 29.53% and 27.55% respectively. The study indicates that the positive rate of antibody against sheep pox in Shigatse City was low and the risk of infection was high. The immune effect of goats is better than that of sheep, the immune effect of breeding sheep aged 3~6 years is better than that of sheep of other ages.
