摘　　要：分析了脱苯塔整体操作条件,研究了操作参数对粗苯Cl^(-)含量的影响。根据实际生产情况,为保证粗苯Cl^(-)含量达标,应将塔顶温度控制在80℃左右,塔顶压力在-30 kPa左右,塔底压力在-20 kPa左右。研究可知,蒸汽添加量、回流量与粗苯Cl^(-)含量呈反比关系;贫富油Cl^(-)含量与粗苯Cl^(-)含量的整体变化趋势相同。This paper analyzed the overall operating conditions of benzol stripper and studied the effect of operating parameters on Cl^(-)content in crude benzol.According to the actual situation and in order to ensure that the Cl^(-)content in crude benzene reaches the standard,the stripper top temperature should be controlled at about 80℃,the stripper top pressure at about-30 kPa,and the bottom pressure at about-20 kPa.The research shows that the amount of steam added and the reflux flow rate are inversely proportional to the Cl^(-)content in crude benzol.The overall change trend of Cl^(-)content of lean and rich oil is the same as that of crude benzol.
