摘 要:利用传统陶瓷烧结工艺制备出不同浓度稀土Y元素掺杂PrBaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)氧化物热电陶瓷,采用XRD和热电材料性能测试系统等设备研究了稀土Y元素掺杂对PrBaCo_(2)O_(5)氧化物热电陶瓷晶体结构、热电性能的影响。测试结果表明:Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)热电陶瓷均为双层钙钛矿结构,没有形成新的杂相;在测试温度范围内,Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75)热电陶瓷的Seebeck系数均为正值,表明该材料导电载流子为以空穴,为p型半导体;稀土Y元素掺杂可以明显提高Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)热电陶瓷的电导率,与电导率相反,稀土元素Y掺杂的导致Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)热电陶瓷的Seebeck系数降低;Pr_(0.25)Y_(0.75)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)热电陶瓷在1073 K有最大的功率因子79.4μW/(m·K^(2))。Rare earth Y doped PrBaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)thermoelectric ceramics were prepared by traditional ceramic.The effects of rare earth Y doping on the crystal structure and thermoelectric properties of PrBaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)oxide thermoelectric ceramics were studied by XRD and thermoelectric performance testing system.The test results show that Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)thermoelectric ceramics are double-layer perovskite structure.Within the test temperature range,the Seebeck coefficients of Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75)thermoelectric ceramics are positive,indicating that the conductive carrier of the thermoelectric ceramics is a hole,which is a p-type semiconductor.Rare earth Y doping can significantly improve the conductivity of Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)thermoelectric ceramics.On the contrary,the Seebeck coefficient of Pr_(1-x)Y_(x)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)thermoelectric ceramics decreases.Pr_(0.5)Y_(0.5)BaCo_(2)O_(5+δ)thermoelectric ceramics have a maximum power factor of 79.4μW/(m·K^(2))at 1073 K.
