摘　　要：本文以黑龙江生态工程职业学院2019级林业技术专业扩招学员为研究对象,深入了解和分析了扩招学员的学历程度、家庭背景、职业特点和求学目标等学情,从教学组织、课程体系建设、定位培养、学分置换认定和灵活教学实施形式五个方面提出了扩招学员培养的对策思考。This paper takes the 2019 forestry technology major expansion students of Heilongjiang Vocational Institute of Ecological Engineering as the research object, and deeply understands and analyzes the academic background, family background, professional characteristics and learning objectives of the expanded students.This paper puts forward countermeasures and thoughts from five aspects: teaching organization, curriculum system construction, positioning training, credit replacement recognition and flexible teaching implementation forms.
