摘　　要：本论文分析了“物理化学”在线开放课程建设的大背景,进行了物理化学课程建设的初步探索,分别从数字化教学资源库的建设、课程微视频库的设计与制作等方面进行阐述。以“学习通”为载体,开展多模式的线上线下混合式教学实践,最后通过问卷调查法、期末成绩对比法等多途径检验成效,结果表明:“物理化学”在线开放课程建设与实践取得了较好的效果。This paper analyzes the background of the construction of the "Physical Chemistry" online open course, conducts a preliminary exploration of the construction of physical chemistry courses, and elaborates on the construction of digital teaching resource libraries and the design and production of course micro-video libraries.Taking "chao xing" as the carrier, multi-mode online and offline hybrid teaching practice was carried out, and finally the results were tested through questionnaire survey method, final grade comparison method and other ways, and the results showed that the construction and practice of the "Physical Chemistry" online open course achieved good results.
