摘 要:作为科研工作生力军的青年导师,逐渐成为“双一流”建设不可或缺的力量。但是青年导师面临着工作繁多、研究生教育经验缺乏等困难而难以开展科研工作。因此急需建设研究生科研团队,使得青年导师能够发挥好自身科研创新性强、年富力强等特点优势。我们从科研团队的阶梯式建设、青年导师的科研方向把握以及团队凝聚力三个方面进行讨论,并以新疆大学的“双一流”建设为前提,对青年导师科研团队建设机制优势进行分析。As a new force in scientific research, young tutors have gradually become an indispensable force in the construction of double first-class.However, it is difficult for young tutors to carry out scientific research because they are faced with many difficulties, such as lack of experience in graduate education and so on.Therefore, there is an urgent need to build a graduate scientific research team, so that young tutors can give full play to their characteristics of strong scientific research innovation and youth.We discussed from three aspects: the ladder construction of scientific research team, the scientific research direction of young tutors and team cohesion.Based on the double first-class construction of Xinjiang University, this paper analyzes the advantages of the construction mechanism of young tutors’ scientific research team.
