摘　　要：尿素合成塔是尿素装置的重要和关键设备,它的运行直接影响整个尿素装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行。合成塔造价高、制造周期长,20.0 MPa高压设备,强刺激性液氨介质,不锈钢衬里发生冲刷、腐蚀就会发生泄漏。轻微泄漏会造成整个尿素装置停车,大量泄漏会造成设备损坏和人员伤亡。所以,对尿素合成塔衬里的腐蚀性检测维修和分析,采取有效预防措施以及日常运行维护评价是一项非常重要的工作。Urea synthesis tower is an important and key equipment of urea plant.Its safe operation directly aff ects the safe,stable and long-term operation of the whole urea plant.Due to the high cost and long manufacturing cycle of the synthesis tower,20.0 MPa high pressure equipment and strong irritant liquid ammonia medium,the stainless steel lining will leak due to scouring and corrosion.Slight leakage will cause the shutdown of the whole urea plant,and large leakage will cause equipment damage and casualties.Therefore,it is very important to inspect,repair and analyze the corrosion of urea synthesis tower lining,take eff ective preventive measures and evaluate the daily operation and maintenance.
