摘  要:渤海某油田逐步进入高含水、高递减率生产阶段,面临着油藏区块的地层压力衰减快,油井产量递减率高等诸多问题,需要通过注水提率提高采收率。该油田是一座四星连珠连体平台,通过对注水提率进行科学分析,按照先整体再局部、先统筹再精细、优化改造与创新应用相结合的一体化管理思路,一是统筹注水系统整体,以海上连体平台的一体化建设为支撑点,通过互通互连,优化改造措施消除流程瓶颈;二是着眼局部设备精细化管理,对标设备设计参数,深挖处理能力,通过创新手段实现设备处理能力再提升。An oil fi eld in Bohai Sea has gradually entered the production stage of high water cut and high decline rate.It is faced with many problems such as fast formation pressure decay in the reservoir block and high decline rate of oil well production.It is necessary to improve oil recovery through water injection.The oil fi eld is a four-star connected platform,and the production personnel carry out scientifi c analysis on the water injection rate.According to the integrated management idea of combining the whole and then the part,the overall planning and then the refi nement,the optimization and transformation and the innovative application,the fi rst is to coordinate the overall water injection system,take the integrated construction of the off shore connected platform as the support point,and eliminate the process bottleneck through interconnection and optimization and transformation measures;The second is to focus on the refi ned management of local equipment,benchmark the design parameters of equipment,dig deep into the processing capacity,and further improve the processing capacity of equipment through innovative means.
