摘 要:平桥南区页岩气井在投产一段时间后,井筒开始出现积液,需要采取泡沫排水采气措施才能够恢复正常生产。泡沫排水采气工艺是指将表面活性剂从携液能力不足的生产井井口注入井底,借助于天然气气流的搅拌作用,使之与井底积液充分接触,从而减小液体表面张力,产生大量的较稳定的含水泡沫,减少气体滑脱量,使气液混合物密度大幅降低,从而有效清除井底积液,保持页岩气井稳定生产。以平桥南区高含水页岩气井为例,通过室内实验分析泡排剂性能及其与地层水的配伍性、井筒泡排试验,并根据井筒排采工艺试验效果分析,提出了该区块页岩气高效泡沫排采的优选方案。Shale gas well in Pingqiao South Area,after being put into production for a period of time,the wellbore began to accumulate fluid,and foam drainage gas production measures were needed to restore normal production.Foam drainage gas production process refers to injecting surfactant from the wellhead of production well with insuffi cient liquid carrying capacity to the bottom of the well,making it fully contact with the liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well by means of the mixing eff ect of natural gas fl ow,so as to reduce the surface tension of the liquid,generate a large number of relatively stable water containing foam,reduce the gas slippage,greatly reduce the density of gas-liquid mixture,eff ectively remove the liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well,and maintain the stable production of shale gas wells.Taking the high water cut shale gas well in Pingqiao South Area as an example,this paper analyzes the performance of foam drainage agent and its compatibility with formation water through laboratory experiments,and wellbore foam drainage test.Based on the analysis of the eff ect of wellbore drainage and production technology test,the optimal scheme for effi cient foam drainage and production of shale gas in this block is proposed.
