摘  要:粉状活性炭再生难,得率低,大多数粉炭的直接再生工艺设备在再生过程中存在一定的安全风险,技术工艺相对不够成熟。其再生因自身特性,吸附物质,特别是高热值类或焦油类物质,故直接再生难度相当大,再生后得率及恢复率难达预期。因此,粉炭再生的工艺之一是造粒,活化再生,得到的低强度颗粒炭磨粉作为粉炭使用,高强度颗粒炭经处理合格后,直接作为颗粒炭使用。基于此,针对废粉末炭造粒再生进行一系列黏结剂、造粒设备及再生过程研究。The regeneration of powdered activated carbon is difficult and the yield is low.Most of the direct regeneration process equipment of powdered activated carbon have certain safety risks in the regeneration process,and the technical process is relatively immature.Due to its own characteristics and adsorptive substances,especially high calorifi c value or tar substances,it is quite diffi cult to regenerate directly,and the recovery rate and recovery rate after regeneration are diffi cult to reach the expectation.Therefore,one of the processes of powdered carbon regeneration is granulation,activation and regeneration.The low strength granular carbon powder obtained is used as powdered carbon,and the high strength granular carbon is directly used as granular carbon after being treated and qualifi ed.Next,a series of binders,granulation equipment and regeneration process are studied for granulation and regeneration of waste powdered carbon.
