摘  要:通过将城镇燃气输配系统中高中压调压器伴热锅炉的控制器与SCADA系统进行耦合改造,以实现伴热锅炉的自动化运行。结果表明,改造后的伴热锅炉可实现远程监控、数据记录、自动启停和超限报警等功能,同时还可减少锅炉自用气,达到节能降耗的效果。The paper realizes the automatic operation of heat tracing boiler by coupling the controller of high and medium pressure regulator heat tracing boiler in urban gas transmission and distribution system with SCADA system.The results show that the retrofitted tracing boiler can realize the functions of remote monitoring,data recording,automatic start stop and over limit alarm,and reduce the boiler’s own gas consumption to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
