摘  要:简单介绍了南海某气田低温分离工艺及开发后期的低压生产状况,利用Aspen HYSYS软件模拟低温分离工艺流程,并且模拟分析低温分离器在不同压力下流体的相态变化及对烃露点的影响。结果表明,随着分离器操作压力的降低,凝析油中C3组分增加,有利于LPG回收;模拟分析为优化低压生产工艺参数和改进措施提供了指导依据。The low temperature separation process of a gas fi eld in the South China Sea and the low pressure production in the later stage of development are briefl y introduced;The Aspen HYSYS software is used to simulate the low-temperature separation process fl ow,and to simulate and analyze the change of the phase state of the fl uid in the low-temperature separator under diff erent pressures and the impact on the hydrocarbon dew point.The results show that with the decrease of the operating pressure of the separator,the C3 component in the condensate increases,which is conducive to the recovery of LPG;At the same time,the simulation analysis also provides guidance for optimizing the low-pressure production process parameters and improving measures.
