摘 要:为了减缓二茂铁基化合物在推进剂中的迁移,提高体系力学性能,以二茂铁甲醛为原料合成二茂铁腈氧化物,并通过傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振波谱仪对其结构进行了表征;采用热重分析仪对二茂铁腈氧化物的热分解催化活性进行了测试;采用万能材料试验机测试了弹性体的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。结果表明,添加质量分数0.8%二茂铁腈氧化物的端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)弹性体拉伸强度为(1.62±0.01)MPa,断裂伸长率为(198±22.35)%;添加质量分数8%二茂铁腈氧化物的高氯酸铵(AP)的热分解温度由448℃提前至293℃;当氰酸酯基与羟基的摩尔比(R)为1.2时,添加质量分数0.8%二茂铁腈氧化物的HTPB弹性体,二茂铁腈氧化物在弹性体中迁移距离为0.2cm,二茂铁甲醛迁移距离为4.0cm;合成的二茂铁腈氧化物添加至HTPB中,能提高体系的力学性能,促进AP的分解,同时具有良好的抗迁移性能,表明其在复合固体推进剂中有潜在的应用价值。To slow down the migration of ferrocene-based compounds in the propellant and improve the mechanical properties of the system,ferrocene formaldehyde was used as raw material to synthesize ferrocene nitrile oxides.Its structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The thermal decomposition catalytic activity of ferrocene nitrile oxide was tested by thermogravimetric analyzer.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the elastomer were tested by the universal material testing machine.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at the break of hydroxy terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)elastomers with 0.8%mass fraction of ferrocene nitrile oxide are(1.62±0.01)MPa and(198±22.35)%,respectively.The thermal decomposition peak temperature of ammonium perchlorate(AP)with 8%mass fraction of ferrocene nitrile oxide is advanced from 448℃to 293℃.The migration distance of ferrocene nitrile oxide and ferrocene formaldehyde in HTPB elastomer is 0.2cm and 4.0cm,respectively when 0.8%mass fraction of ferrocene nitrile oxide is added to HTPB elastomers at molar ratio of cyanate group to hydroxyl group R=1.2.The synthesized ferrocene nitrile oxide added to HTPB can improve the mechanical properties of the system and promote the decomposition of AP,and also has good anti-migration property,so it has potential application aspects in composite solid propellants.
