摘 要:根据热平衡方程、凝固传热规律和内外层金属的物理性能,建立了双金属复合管内外层金属的熔点差与熔合层厚度比的关系模型。由关系式和关系曲线可知,熔点差△T与熔合层厚度比△d_(外)/d_(外)成正比,随着△d_(外)/d_(外)(0.02%-0.20%)的逐渐增大,△T的允许最大值也逐渐增大。在熔合层厚度比最大为0.20%的条件下,由关系式可得到组元金属的允许熔点差范围。According to the heat balance equation,the solidification heat-transfer law and the physical properties of metals of the inner and outer layers of the pipe,the model of the relationship between melting point difference of inner and outer metals and the thickness ratio of fusion layer of the bimetallic composite pipe is established.It is reveals via the relationship formula and the relationship curve that the melting point difference △T to the fusion layer thickness ratio △d_(o)/d_(o) is proportional,and that along with the △d_(o)/d_(o)(from 0.02%to 0.20%)gradually increases,the maximum allowed value of the △T is also increases gradually.When the maximum thickness ratio of the fusion layer gets up to 0.20%,the allowable range of △T of component metals can be obtained from the above mentioned relationship formula.
