摘 要:介绍了PCR实验室各区功能工艺的要求;通过实际案例,对加强型PCR核酸检测实验室的送、排风量展开了详细的分析,根据计算门缝渗透的风量来获得维持室内外压差所需的风量,结合换气次数要求、满足人员卫生要求计算出送、排风系统的最终风量;最后分析了送风系统冷负荷的计算,获得最终设备参数;为PCR实验室空调通风系统的设计提供参考。The functional process requirements of each area of PCR laboratory were introduced.Through practical cases,The air supply and exhaust volume of the enhanced PCR nucleic acid testing laboratory was analyzed in detail.The air volume needed to maintain the indoor and outdoor pressure difference is obtained ccording to the calculation of the air volume permeating the door seam.The final air volume of air supply and exhaust system is calculated according to the requirement of air change times and the requirement of personnel ygiene.Finally,the calculation of the cooling load of the air supply system is analyzed.Obtain final equipment parameters;It provides reference for the design of air conditioning and ventilation system in PCR laboratory.
