摘 要:为解决近距离煤层群保护层开采过程中工作面瓦斯超限问题,本文提出近距离煤层群保护层开采截流钻孔施工技术。根据工程概况的分析,通过钻孔技术进行瓦斯抽采施工:合理规划布置钻场;基于煤层高度计算公式设计钻孔施工参数;根据煤层重新压实区域参数确定钻孔位置;通过钻孔的方位角与倾角控制钻孔轨迹;采用两堵一注模式封孔。工程验收结果表明:本次施工共钻孔54个,预期数据曲线与实际瓦斯抽采浓度数据曲线重合度较高,验证本次施工效果较好。In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the working face during the mining of the protection layer of the close coal seam group,this paper puts forward the construction technology of intercepting and drilling in the mining of the protection layer of the close coal seam group.According to the analysis of the general situation of the project,the gas drainage construction is carried out through the drilling technology:reasonably plan and arrange the drilling site;The drilling construction parameters are designed based on the calculation formula of coal seam height;Determine the drilling position according to the parameters of the recompaction area of the coal seam;The drilling trajectory is controlled by the azimuth and inclination of the borehole;Adopt two plugging and one injection mode to seal the hole.The project acceptance results show that there are 54 boreholes in this construction,and the expected data curve and the actual gas extraction concentration data curve have a high degree of coincidence,which verifies that the construction effect is good.
