摘　　要：化工企业在开展生产经营活动的过程中需要运用多样化的工艺和设备,只有做到有效管理才能确保各项工作有条不紊地开展。除了要保证工艺的先进性之外,企业还要确保设备的安全性。本文应用文献分析法、归纳总结法,探究了化工设备安全保障措施。研究发现,化工企业要在思想层面上正本清源、固本培元,对化工设备安全工作的重要性形成正确的认知,在这个基础上采取有效的保障措施,确保设备的稳定运行,保持高效的状态生产出优质的产品,为企业的稳健、长远发展保驾护航。Chemical enterprises need to use a variety of processes and equipment in the process of carrying out production and operation activities.Only effective management can ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner.In addition to ensuring the advanced nature of the process,enterprises must also ensure the safety of equipment.This paper uses the literature analysis method and the inductive summary method to explore the safety protection measures of chemical equipment.The study found that chemical enterprises should ideologically clear the source,consolidate the source and cultivate the yuan,form a correct understanding of the importance of chemical equipment safety work,and take effective safeguard measures on this basis to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and maintain high efficiency.The state produces high-quality products,escorting the stable and long-term development of the enterprise.
