摘 要:目前石油行业进入了低成本时期,生产工作量连续性不够,其装备的落后、长时间停放以及投入资金的压缩,导致石油钻井装备升级工作滞后。为了提高高压泥浆泵的可靠性和系统使用寿命,文章通过对国内外生产的泥浆泵现状分析,对泥浆泵系统进行可靠性分析,以达到提前预知系统薄弱环节,及早采取相应措施降低故障发生的可能性,进而达到减少高压泥浆泵运行过程中发生故障的目的。结合现场的应用思考,从液缸固定、曲轴总成、阀盖密封、活塞更换、泥浆泄流观察装置等5个方面进行合理的改进升级,既能节约投资又能满足强化钻井参数的要求,有效提高了钻井装备的利用率。At present,the oil industry has entered a period of low cost,the continuity of production workload is not enough,and the backward equipment,long parking time and the compression of investment funds lead to the lag in the upgrade of oil drilling equipment.In order to improve the reliability of the high pressure mud pump and the service life of the system,this paper analyzes the current situation of the mud pump produced at home and abroad,and analyzes the mud pump system.Reliability analysis is carried out to predict the weak links of the system in advance,and corresponding measures are taken as early as possible to reduce the possibility of failure,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the failure during the operation of the high-pressure mud pump.Combined with the field application thinking,this paper makes reasonable improvement and upgrading from five aspects,such as liquid cylinder fixation,crankshaft assembly,valve cover sealing,piston replacement and mud discharge observation device,which can not only save investment but also meet the requirements of strengthening drilling parameters,and effectively improve the utilization rate of drilling equipment.
