摘　　要：在海上油气田油气开采过程中,电潜泵采油井常出现油管漏失的问题,分析认为油管加工工艺不合格、人员拆装操作不规范、举升油、气、水、砂等混合物流腐蚀或冲砂作用、Y-TOOL工作筒密封O圈失效、井斜大造成油管与套管偏磨腐蚀等原因所致。针对油管漏失,介绍了海上油气田常用的处理方法。此外,有针对性地提出了油管漏失预防措施,对于其他海上油气田,均具有显著的借鉴意义。In the process of oil and gas production in offshore oil and gas fields,oil tube leakage often occurs in electric submersible pump production wells,Through analysis,it is believed that the tubing processing technology is unqualified,the personnel disassembly and assembly operation is not standardized,the mixed flow of oil,gas,water,sand and other materials is corroded or sand washed,the o-rings of the Y-TOOL working barrel seal are invalid,and the large well deviation causes eccentric wear and corrosion of tubing and casing.For tubing leakage,this paper introduces the common treatment methods for offshore oil and gas fields,which have significant reference significance for other offshore oil and gas fields.
