摘 要:渤海油田A井坐封Φ177.8mm尾管悬挂器后,送入工具无法正常脱手,导致卡钻事故。因尾管悬挂器送入工具外径大且内部结构复杂,无法满足套铣作业。在现场施工中,通过采用切割送入工具回收棘爪上部管柱,磨铣剩余管柱并打捞出井的事故处理方案,综合运用磨铣、精准切割、震击、打捞等多种手段,成功处理卡钻事故,避免巨大经济损失,为后续同类型作业井业提供了宝贵经验。After theφ177.8mm liner hanger was set in well A of Bohai Oilfield,the running tool could not be released normally,resulting in drilling stuck accident.Due to the large outer diameter and complex internal structure of the liner hanger running tool,the washover milling operation could not be implemented.In the on-site construction,we have cutting precisely the running tool with the location close to the pawl structure,then milled the remaining string and fished it out finally.By comprehensively utilizing means of milling,precise cutting,mechanical jarring and fishing,we successfully dealt with the drilling stuck accident and avoid huge economic losses,which provide valuable experience for the future operations of similar downhole condition.
