摘 要:为协调换流站降噪结构与火灾应急关系,克服现场试验成本高、测量难度大等困难,采用火灾动力学软件(FDS)模拟低端换流变压器围护空间内变压器表面起火与分接开关起火2种换流变火灾场景,设计可脱落、不覆盖和不脱落3种变压器顶部降噪板状态,基于火场温度时空演化数据,探讨可脱落降噪板熔断前后换流变压器围护空间的火灾温度场特性。结果表明:在2种火灾场景中,可脱落降噪板分别于起火后206与485 s时发生熔断脱落;且降噪板熔断后,变压器顶部呈现出温度上升、突降、再上升的演变过程,其中温度突降变化的原因是可脱落降噪板熔断脱落导致变压器围护空间由封闭转变为开放;与其他降噪板状态相比,可熔断降噪板能够在一定程度上降低油枕与阀厅封堵火灾关键位置的升温速率。In order to coordinate the relationship between the noise reduction board and fire emergency response in the converter station,and overcome the difficulties such as high cost and difficulty of the test,a fire dynamics software was used to simulate the fire scenes started at the transformer top and tap switch in the enclosed space of low voltage converter transformer,considering detachable,uncovered and undetachable noise reduction boards.Based on the temporal and spatial evolution data of fire temperature,the characteristic of fire temperature in converter transformer enclosure space using a detachable noise reduction board was discussed.The results show that the board melted and fell off 206 seconds after the transformer top fire,while the above behavior occurred 485 seconds after the tap switch fire.Under the action of the detachable noise reduction board,the temperature variation at the top of the transformer is rising,suddenly falling and rising again,because the enclosed space is opened and cooled.The detachable noise reduction board can reduce the heating rate at the oil pillow and the plugging structure of valve hall.
