摘 要:本文利用监控探头、红外相机和温湿度记录仪等设备,采用主成分分析法对野生扬子鳄窝巢微生境及其对鳄卵自然孵化的影响进行研究。结果表明,距水源距离、距水面高度、窝巢地势平坦度和巢材丰富度等因素对野生扬子鳄营巢位点选择影响较大,说明在扬子鳄栖息地生态修复过程中,应注意岸高和平整度。运用多元回归分析发现,窝巢地势平坦度对自然条件下鳄卵孵化率影响最大。In this paper,a study was made on the wild Chinese alligator’s nesting microhabitat and its effects on natural hatching of the eggs based on principal component analysis(PCA)and such devices as monitoring probes,infrared cameras and temperature and humidity recorders.The results showed that the distance from nest to water source,height of nest above water surface,flatness of nest-site and abundance of nesting materials were significant factors,indicating that the bank height and flatness should be carefully considered in future ecological restoration of the habitat.It was found with multiple regression analysis that flatness of nest-site had the greatest impact on the hatched rate of alligator eggs in natural conditions.
