摘 要:“双碳”目标和高质量发展对建筑行业提出了绿色转型的新要求,而装配式建筑作为建筑领域践行绿色低碳发展理念的重要措施,在水利工程中也得到了实践应用。为衡量水利工程装配式建筑的环境经济影响,引入生态效率概念作为衡量指标,基于单一比值法构建了装配式混凝土泵房生态效率评价模型,将生态效率转化为功能、成本与碳排放的比值,并分别采用结构熵权法、生命周期成本理论和生命周期评价法构建计量模型计算功能、成本与碳排放值。工程实例计算结果表明,装配式混凝土泵房的生态效率高出传统现浇建造模式8.16%,得益于水利工程装配式建筑在工期、质量、节能减排等方面效益更佳,装配式建造模式主要在功能和碳排放方面占据优势,其中功能系数提高9.64%,碳排放系数降低8.06%,但受我国预制构件生产技术的限制,在成本方面不及传统现浇建造模式;未来应在成本和环境影响两方面着重发力以进一步提高水利工程装配式建筑的生态效率。The goal of“double carbon”and high-quality development put forward new requirements for green transformation in the construction industry.As an important measure to implement the concept of green and low-carbon development in the construction field,prefabricated buildings have also been applied in water conservancy projects.In order to measure the environmental-economic impact of prefabricated water conservancy projects,the concept of ecological efficiency is introduced as a measure index,and the ecological efficiency evaluation model of prefabricated concrete pump house was established based on the single ratio method,which transformed the ecological efficiency into the ratio of function,cost and carbon emission,and then the structural entropy weight method,the life cycle cost theory and the life cycle assessment method were used to build the measurement model to calculate the function,cost and carbon emission values respectively.The calculation results of the engineering example show that the ecological efficiency of prefabricated concrete pump house exceeds that of the traditional cast-in-place construction mode by 8.16%.The reason is the advantages of prefabricated water conservancy buildings in terms of construction period,quality,energy conservation and emission reduction,the prefabricated construction mode mainly dominant in terms of function and carbon emission,where the function factor is 9.64%higher and the carbon emission factor is 8.06%lower.However,due to the limitations of China’s prefabricated component production technology,the cost performance is inferior to the traditional cast-in-place construction mode.To further improve the ecological efficiency of prefabricated buildings for water conservancy projects in the future,efforts could be focused on both cost and environmental impact.
