摘　　要：元宇宙被技术进步主义者视为破解互联网行业发展瓶颈的关键和未来经济增长的新可能。然而,元宇宙通过对准入规则和运行算法的设置和把控,通过对知识、生产、金融、安全的结构性影响,催生了权力从物理世界到数字世界的再分配,使其具有了典型的技术塑造政治的属性,并引发新一轮的技术竞争与各行为体间的权力博弈。元宇宙发展中的权力具有二元对立性,不仅可能以削弱和侵蚀国家主权形式而产生众多的新型权力行为体,同时还会给现实世界治理带来更多的博弈性并增加安全问题的复杂性。对此,主权国家对元宇宙技术“黑盒子”所主张的权力变化及其对国家安全治理体系,包括国际政治权力博弈所产生的变革式影响,必须给予高度重视和警惕。The metaverse is regarded by technological progressives as the key to breaking the bottleneck of the Internet industry and bringing the possibility of new economic growth in the future.However,the metaverse,through the setting and control of access rules and operation algorithms,has given rise to the redistribution of power from the physical world to the digital world through its structural impact on knowledge,production,finance,and security,giving it the typical property of technology shaping politics and triggering a new round of technological competition and power games among various actors.The dichotomy and contradiction of power in the metaverse development may not only create many new power actors in a form of weakening and eroding national sovereignty,but also bring more game and security uncertainties to the real world governance.In this regard,sovereign states must attach great importance and vigilance to the power changes advocated by the metaverse technology″black box″and its transformative impact on the national security governance system,including the international political power game.
