摘  要:为了提高纺丝产质量,降低生产成本,以SFDO_(2)型电锭电动机和GD型纺丝电锭为例,详述离心纺丝电锭设计要求;从离心罐和电锭电动机两方面对比分析SFDO_(2)型电锭电动机和GD型纺丝电锭的结构特点,提出SFDO 2型电锭电动机存在问题与改进方向。指出:离心纺丝电锭应满足可靠性、稳定性、高效率、操作简单和维修保养方便的设计要求;应选用抗拉强度高且不易变形的耐腐蚀合成材料确保其使用寿命;减小偏心距以有效提高电锭运转稳定性;及时补充轴承润滑脂,可减少机械磨损,延长电锭使用寿命。In order to improve the yield and quality of spinning,and reduce production cost,taking SFDO_(2)electrical spindle motor and GD spinning electrical spindle as examples,the design requirements of centrifugal spinning electrical spindle are described in detail;the structure characteristics of SFDO_(2)electrical spindle motor and GD spinning electrical spindle are compared from two aspects of centrifugal tank and electrical spindle motor,and the problems and improvement directions of SFDO_(2)electrical spindle motor are put forward.It is pointed out that the centrifugal spinning electrical spindle should meet the design requirements of reliability,stability,high efficiency,simple operation and convenient maintenance.Corrosion-resistant synthetic materials with high tensile strength and no deformation should be selected to ensure the service life;the eccentricity should be reduced to effectively improve the running stability of electrical spindle.Timely addition of bearing grease can reduce mechanical wear and prolong the service life of electrical spindle.
