摘　　要：为了延长梳理机用金属针布的使用寿命、提高梳理质量,从针尖角均匀度、针后表面粗糙度、针尖磨损均匀度和底布开裂程度方面分析弹性盖板针布状态并对其磨损进行判别,从齿条齿尖状态、针布表面状态和齿条齿型方面分析金属针布状态并对其磨损进行判别。通过介绍梳理机用针布接针部位及表现,分析锡林针布与弹性盖板针布、刺辊针布、道夫针布、固定盖板针布及清洁器、罩板以及刺辊—预分梳板接针的原因及控制措施。指出:针布接针主要因为基础件精度和平面度不良,各梳理元件间隔距突变、走动或失控以及操作不当或较大杂物进入等;实践中要保证梳棉机安全稳定运行,宜采取合理的工艺设计、针布配置及正确的维护方式,避免接针造成针布损伤、爆裂、报废等。In order to prolong the service life of the metal card clothing used in carding machine and improve the carding quality,the card clothing state and wear of flexible flat card clothing are judged from the evenness of needle tip angle,the surface roughness of needle back,the wear evenness of needle tip and the cracking degree of foundation.The metal card clothing state and wear are judged from the tooth tip state,the surface state of card clothing and the shape of rack teeth.By introducing the contact position and performance of card clothing used in carding machine,the reasons and control measures of the contact between cylinder card clothing and flexible flat card clothing,taker-in card clothing,doffer card clothing,fixed flat card clothing and cleaner,cover and taker-in and pre-carding plate are analyzed.It is pointed out that the main reasons of card clothing contact are poor precision and flatness of the basic parts,abrupt gauge of carding elements,moving or out of control,improper operation or large impurities entering,etc.In practice,it is advisable to adopt reasonable process design,card clothing configuration and correct maintenance mode to ensure the safe and stable operation of the carding machine,to avoid the card clothing damage,burst,scrap and other problems.
