摘　　要：为了用好钢领、钢丝圈,稳定和提高成纱质量,详述钢领、钢丝圈发展现状;以纺制纯棉纱27.8 tex+4.4 tex氨纶丝包芯纱和纺普梳14.6 tex紧密纱为例,说明合理选配钢领、钢丝圈的要点及重要性;分析清洁器隔距、设备基础、工艺锭速曲线、温湿度等因素对钢丝圈稳定运行的影响。指出:锭子、钢领、导纱钩、气圈环的“四同心”是稳定气圈形态和钢丝圈高速运行的必要条件;合理选配钢领、钢丝圈,加强设备管理是实现高速高产的基础;设置合理的锭速曲线和钢丝圈更换周期,是细纱机实现优质高产的稳定剂。In order to make good use of ring and traveler,and stabilize and improve yarn quality,the development status of ring and traveler are described in detail.Taking spinning pure cotton 27.8 tex+4.4 tex spandex core-spun yarn and spinning common carding 14.6 tex compact yarn as examples,the points and importance of reasonable selection of ring and traveler are illustrated.The influence of cleaner gauge,equipment base,process spindle speed curve,temperature and humidity on the stable operation of traveler is analyzed.It is pointed out that the“four concentric”of spindle,ring,guide hook and balloon ring is the necessary condition for stable balloon shape and high speed running of traveler.Rational selection of ring and traveler,and strengthening equipment management are the basis to achieve high speed and high yield;reasonable spindle speed curve and traveler replacement cycle are the stabilizer for spinning frame to achieve high quality and high yield.
