摘 要:为解决镁系脱硫剂脱硫扒渣过程中脱硫渣熔点高、铁损大及后续回硫等问题,设计了以SiO_(2)为主要成分的聚渣剂,并对脱硫渣进行性能调控.采用LZ⁃Ⅲ型熔点熔速测定仪,测定了开始熔化温度、半球点温度、流动性温度及熔化速率,探讨了聚渣剂的添加量对脱硫渣熔化性能的影响.结果表明:随着聚渣剂添加量的增大,脱硫渣的开始熔化温度呈下降趋势,开始熔化温度-流动性温度区间扩大;酸性脱硫渣与聚渣剂的适宜配比为5∶2~5∶3,碱性脱硫渣与聚渣剂的适宜配比为5∶3~5∶4。利用FactSage软件绘制了脱硫渣与聚渣剂配比5∶3时的CaO⁃SiO_(2)⁃Al_(2)O_(3)⁃MgO[w(MgO)=6%]渣系的液相线图,分析了脱硫渣成分对液相区的影响,发现CaO⁃SiO_(2)⁃Al_(2)O_(3)⁃MgO[w(MgO)=6%]相图计算结果与实验结果一致.In order to solve the problems of high melting point,large iron loss and subsequent sulfur recovery of desulfurized slag in the process of desulfurizing and slagging with magnesium-based desulfurizer,a slag-accumulating agent with SiO_(2)as the main component has been designed and the performance of desulfurized slag has been regulated By using LZ-Ⅲmelting point and melting rate tester,the starting melting temperature,hemispherical point temperature,fluidity temperature and melting rate has been measured.The results show that the initial melting temperature of desulfurized slag decreases with the increase of the amount of slag aggregator,and the range of alkaline initial melting temperature and fluidity temperature is expanded;The optimum ratio of acid desulfurized slag to slag aggregator is 5:2-5:3,and the optimum ratio of desulfurized slag to slag aggregator is 5:3-5:4.The liquid phase diagram of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),-MgO[w(MgO)=6%]slag system with the ratio of desulfurized slag and slag aggregator of 5:3 has been investigated by using FactSage,and the influence of desulfurized slag composition on the liquid phase zone has been discussed.The calculated results of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO[w(MgO)-6%]phase diagram are consistent with the experimental results.
