摘 要:为了研究高铝粉煤灰盐酸法制备氧化铝工艺中部分杂质的去除工艺,除杂(Na,K,Ca,Mg)实验以某企业提供的低铁结晶氯化铝固体为原料,采用氯化铝低温热解-水解产物高压水洗方法,探究了焙烧过程中温度、时间对物料焙烧前后失重率的影响,采用正交实验研究了温度、时间、固液比对杂质去除率的影响,得到最佳实验条件为140℃,20 min,1∶10,去除率达90%以上.除Fe实验以自配含铁物料为原料,采用氯化铝低温热解-水解产物常压酸洗的方法,探究了焙烧过程中温度、时间对物料焙烧前后失重率、Fe氧化率及产物物相组成的影响,采用正交实验研究了时间、pH值、固液比对杂质去除率的影响,得到最佳实验条件为120 min,pH=2,1∶10,此时Fe可部分去除,去除率在50%以上.The process of removing some impurities in the preparation of alumina from high-alumina fly ash by hydrochloric acid method investigated.The experiments on the removal of Na,K,Ca and Mg have been carried out by the method of low temperature pyrolysis of crystalline aluminium chloride-high pressure water washing of hydrolysis products with low iron crystalline aluminium chloride solids provided by an enterprise as raw materials.The effects of temperature and time on the weight loss rate of the materials during roasting are studied.The effects of temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on the removal rate of impurities are studied using orthogonal experiments,and the best experimental conditions are obtained as 140℃,20 min,1∶10,and the removal rate is over 90%.The experiments on the removal of Fe are carried out by the method of low temperature pyrolysis of crystalline aluminium chloridenormal pressure pickling of hydrolysis products with self-formulated materials containing a certain amount of iron as raw materials.The effects of temperature and time on the weight loss rate of the materials,Fe oxidation rate,product phase composition during roasting are studied.The effects of time,pH and solid-liquid ratio on the removal rate of impurities are studied using orthogonal experiments,and the best experimental conditions are obtained as 120 min,pH=2,1∶10,and the removal rate is over 50%,with partial removal.
