摘　　要：片状氧化铋在光催化、传感器、电子器件等方面有着广泛应用,并且可用于制备叠层复合材料.本文中以五水硝酸铋为原料、硝酸为溶解剂、氨水为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了一种片状氧化铋粉末,探讨了不同工艺对氧化铋粉末微观形貌的影响.结果表明:当反应时间为12 h、铋的浓度为0.1 mol/L、反应温度为180℃时,氧化铋的片状形貌最为明显,且纯度较高.Plate-like bismuth oxide has many applications in photocatalysis,sensors,electronic devices,etc.It can be used to prepare laminated composites.Bismuth nitrate pentahydrate is used as raw material,nitric acid is used as dissolving agent,and ammonia water is used as mineralizer.The flake bismuth oxide powder has been prepared by hydrothermal method,and the experiment discussed the effect of different processes on the microscopic morphology of bismuth oxide powder.The results show that when the reaction time is 12 h,the concentration of bismuth is 0.1 mol/L,and the reaction temperature is 180℃,the flaky morphology of bismuth oxide is the most obvious and the purity is higher.
