摘  要:为实现固体废弃物的资源化利用,以富硅铝粉煤灰和矿渣为主要原料,低温制备出无机聚合物颗粒吸附剂,探究了其对废水中亚甲基蓝(MB)和重金属镉离子(Cd^(2+))的去除机理,分析了粉煤灰/矿渣原料配比、吸附剂用量、Cd^(2+)溶液pH值、吸附时间对无机聚合物吸附性能的影响.结果表明:在pH值为5、吸附时间为8 h、吸附剂用量分别为20和6 g/L时,样品对MB和Cd^(2+)的去除率分别为98.75%和98.25%;MB和Cd^(2+)在吸附剂上的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型.粉煤灰-矿渣基无机聚合物颗粒吸附剂对染料和重金属离子拥有很好的去除效果,在工业废水处理中具有潜在的应用前景.In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste,the geopolymer particle adsorbent has been prepared with fly ash and slag as the main raw materials at low temperature,and its removal mechanism of methylene blue(MB)and heavy metal cadmium ions(Cd^(2+))in wastewater has been explored.The effects of raw material ratio of fly ash/slag,amount of adsorbent,pH value of Cd^(2+)solution and adsorption time on the adsorption performance of geopolymer have been studied.The results show that when pH is 5,adsorption time is 8 h and adsorbent dosage is 20 and 6 g/L,and the removal efficiencies of MB and Cd^(2+)by the samples are 98.75%and 98.25%respectirely.The adsorption process of MB and Cd^(2+)on the adsorbent has been conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Fly ash-slag based geopolymer has good removal efficiencies for dyes and heavy metal ions,and had potential application prospects in industrial wastewater treatment.
